Elevate Brunch With Cider-mosas

Our new Mango Mimosa Cider has us thinking a lot about our favorite weekend meal: brunch! Whether you're catching up with friends over mimosas, or just enjoying a relaxed morning meal, brunch is a meal everyone can get behind.

A good brunch just isn’t complete without some bubbly bevvies, and cider mimosas are the perfect new twist on the classic sparkling wine + juice combo. Using cider instead of wine opens up a world of new flavor options, without sacrificing those delightful bubbles. Grab a variety of Portland Cider cans and fruit juices, and you and your guests can mix and match to find your new favorite flavor blends! Here are a few of our favorites:

Classic: Mix orange juice with True Brut Cider

You can’t go wrong with a classic! True Brut has zero residual sugar and is an excellent choice for replacing traditional brut champagne. We always serve ours with just a splash of OJ!

Tart Twist: Combine grapefruit juice with Kinda Dry Cider

While you’re playing with the classics, why not take it a step further? The crisp apple flavors of our Kinda Dry cider pair excellently with the rich citrus notes of grapefruit.

Tropical: Pineapple Juice pairs perfectly with Prickly Punch Cider

A taste of the tropics! Inspired by a recent trip to Hawaii, our owners are currently sipping this cider-mosa every chance they get. Tropically delicious, Prickly Punch is the perfect combo with Pineapple or POG juice.

Cadillac: Mango Mimosa Cider with a shot of Grand Marnier liquor

Of course, our new Mango Mimosa seasonal cider is perfect as-is for your go-to brunch bevvy. The delicate tangerine juice is an excellent partner to the tropically refreshing mango juice. But you can elevate your drink with a shot of Grand Marnier! The cognac and orange liquor add a depth of richness, making it excellent for pairing with savory brunch eats.
