Lavender Fizz Cider Cocktail

The juniper undertones of gin play off nicely against the sweetness of the hibiscus lavender syrup in this uplifting cocktail created by The Bitter Housewife.

Lavender Fizz

- 1.5 oz New Deal #33 Gin
-  3/4 oz Raft Hibiscus Lavender Syrup
- 8 dashes The Bitter Housewife Cardamom Bitters
- 4 oz Portland Cider Kinda Dry
- 3 bruised mint leaves for garnish

Fill a collins glass or tumbler with ice, measure all ingredients into glass, stir and garnish with mint.
