Stepping Out In Style: Feeling Fresh this Spring

Not only is spring our anniversary season, but it’s also a time of renewal, where our passion for innovation and discovery manifests in crafting something new and exciting for our fans. And that’s just what we’ve been working on for the last 8 months - a refreshed, elevated look to accompany several new cider releases inspired by the creative (and discerning) thinkers, makers, and doers of our community.

All that passion, creativity, and teamwork has led to our unveiling over the last week, celebrating the new and old as part of our 9th Anniversary Cider-brations

Over the years we’ve made adjustments to our package format, as you can see with Kinda Dry. But this is our first total makeover since we sold our first batch of cider nine years ago, and we’re pretty excited to share it with the world!

We want to be very clear: the package may look a bit different, but inside you’ll find the same award-winning craft cider that you know and love! We still use only 100% Northwest apples, and we’ll always make sure we source the very best fruits, ingredients and ideas from our partners. We’re still family owned and operated - led by founders Jeff and Lynda Parrish - and we will always look out for each other, our business relationships, our fans and our cider.

So what HAS changed? Well, we worked with our friends at Portland-based Murmur Creative (because we like to keep it local) to come up with a new look that reflects who we are in our roots, but also does right by the award-winning cider that our cider makers craft. You’ll see that our apple logo has grown up a bit, and is more modern. It’s still playful (like us!), but it’s just got a little more style than before. Along with that, we’ve changed up our color palette to include some warmer, earthier tones. You’ll see those colors pop up everywhere, from our pubs and our website to our cans, bottles, and 6-pack boxes.

Along with the look, we’re launching some new ciders, too! True Brut and Strawberry Pineapple joined our year-round lineup this week, and we’re bidding a fond farewell to Concord Grape, Pineapple Rose, and Sorta Sweet (which will still be on draft in our pubs). And maybe the most exciting of all, our new Westside Pub will open its doors with this new look in place later this spring, and we can’t wait to greet Beaverton in our new fancy outfit!
